摘要
分析当代医院人力资源管理现状,探讨医院人力资源管理中存在的问题和不足,如部分医院领导者的行政管理能力偏低、对聘任医疗人员的管理松散,医务人员的待遇与付出不匹配。提出加强医院人力资源管理水平的策略思考,即提高医院所属人员的能力与素质,制定公正公平的内部考评制度,营造和谐的工作环境,不断提高我国医院人力资源管理的水平。
This paper analyzed the current situation of hospital human resources management,and discussed the problems and shortcomings in hospital human resources management,such as the low administrative ability of some hospital leaders,the loose management of hired medical staff,and the mismatch between the treatment and payment of medical staff.It puts forward some strategies to strengthen the level of hospital human resources management,such as improving the ability and quality of hospital personnel,formulating a fair and fair internal evaluation system,creating a harmonious working environment,and continuously improving the level of hospital human resources management in China.
