基于经济新常态下我国企业的经济管理探讨

On the economic management of Chinese enterprises based on the new normal economy

经济新常态下企业的经济管理现状主要表现为市场竞争愈加激烈,但开始重视可持续发展的标准及要求,开始重视创新能力的提高。经济新常态下企业经济管理的现实意义是促进企业不断发展,实现企业经济管理创新能力的稳步提高,却仍然存在一些问题,如经济管理模式陈旧,经济管理思维过于单一,企业内部管理控制力度不够。针对这些问题提出了合理建议,树立先进的企业经济管理发展理念,制订完善的企业经济管理制度。

This paper introduces the current situation of enterprise economic management under the new normal economy,which expresses as the increasingly fierce market competition;starting to attach importance to the standards and requirements of sustainable development;starting to attach importance to the improvement of innovation ability.Under the new normal economic situation,the practical significance of enterprise economic management is to promote the continuous development of enterprises and realize the steady improvement of enterprise economic management innovation ability.There are still some problems in the economic management of enterprises,such as the old economic management mode,the single thinking of economic management,and the insufficient internal management control.In view of these problems,some reasonable suggestions are put forward,such as establishing advanced enterprise economic management development concept and formulating perfect enterprise economic management system.
