摘要
天津铂津湾三期10#楼塔冠高度46.35m,为变截面管状结构,施工高度214.15m、最大单构件9.6t,根据工程结构特点及施工场地情况,利用“组合式临时支承体系”专利技术在167.8m屋面设置5.35m高、承重50t的临时支撑架,采用地面组装、屋面手拉葫芦一节一节顶升安装,打破了常规安装流程,效果显著。
The crown height of the 10# tower in the third period of Tianjin Pujin Bay Project is 46.35 m, which is a tubular structure with variable cross-section. The construction height is 214.15 m and the maximum single member is 9.6 t. According to the structural characteristics of the project and the construction site conditions, the temporary support frame with 5.35 m high and 50 t load-bearing capacity is installed on the 167.8 m roof by using the patent technology of "combined temporary support system". The section by section lifting installation with ground assembly and chain hoist on the roof break the conventional installation process, and the effect is remarkable.
