摘要
某综合楼工程主体施工期间受暴雨影响,地下室受到地下水浮力作用产生不均匀上浮(最大上浮值730mm),造成地下室梁、柱出现局部开裂,主楼倾斜。针对该工程分析了事故产生的原因,介绍了地下室纠偏复位及结构加固处理的方法。
During the construction of the main body of a comprehensive building project, affected by heavy rain, the basement is affected by the buoyancy of groundwater to float unevenly(the maximum floating value is 730 mm), causing local cracking of the basement beams and columns, and the main building is tilted. The cause of the accident is analyzed for the project, and the method of basement correction and structural reinforcement treatment was introduced.
