摘要
房屋建筑中超高层高大连续共享空间的传统做法需要使用大量的钢管、扣件、模板,且使用时间长,梁板模板无法周转,成本高;二次结构砌体在满堂脚手架拆除之前无法施工,严重影响工期。而高大连续共享空间贝雷梁施工技术弥补了传统做法的不足,为一种结构简单、使用方便、能够代替脚手架的砼大梁支撑、贝雷平台施工和钢绞线的组合安装方法,降低了造价,保证了进度。
The traditional practice of high-rise buildings with large and continuous shared space requires a large number of steel pipes, fasteners and formwork, and requires a long time of use, which makes the beam slab formwork unable to turn over and costs much. The secondary structure masonry cannot be constructed before the full scaffold is dismantled, seriously affecting the construction period. However, the Bailey beam construction technology in tall and continuous shared space makes up for the deficiency of the traditional method. It is a combination installation method of concrete girder support, Bailey platform construction and steel strand, which is simple in structure, convenient to use and can replace scaffolding. The cost is reduced and the progress is ensured.
