通过济南市东客站综合交通枢纽南广场S匝道桥现浇预应力混凝土箱梁施工实例,阐述了钢木组合模板在碗状曲形断面现浇箱梁中的应用。箱梁边腹板模板使用钢木组合模板,通过控制边腹板主楞尺寸及位置、控制和调整钢木模板之间拼缝等技术手段,减小现浇箱梁钢木模板安装偏差,取得理想的施工质量和外观效果,并能有效缩短施工工期,节约大量成本,具有良好的经济效益。

Based on the construction example of cast-in-place prestressed concrete box girder of S-ramp bridge in South Square of Jinan East Passenger Station, the research elaborates the application of steel-wood composite formwork in cast-in-place box girder with bowl-like curved section. Steel-wood composite formwork is used for the side web formwork of box girder. By means of construction techniques like controlling the main corrugated size and position of the side web, operating and adjusting the joint between the steel and wood formwork, the installation deviation of steel and wood formwork of the cast-in-place box girder is reduced, and the ideal effects of construction quality and appearance are obtained.Which can effectively shorten the construction period, save a lot of cost and have good economic benefits.
