摘要
以霍州煤电集团晋北煤矿5-103综采工作面为研究对象,设计、分析了“整体充填”和“支护+部分充填”两种过下层空巷技术方案,确定对集中轨道巷与5-103工作面立交区域采用矸石配合高水材料进行整体充填,并提出了过空巷技术措施。采用此技术后,工作面推进过程中未受到顶帮及采空区来压影响,顺利通过5-103综采工作面下层空巷。
Taking the 5-103 fully mechanized mining face of Jinbei coal mine as the research object, the technical schemes of overall filling and supporting + partial filling are designed and analyzed. It is determined that gangue combined with high water material is used for overall filling in the interchange area between the central track roadway and the 5-103 working face, and technical measures for over-passing through the roadway under mining face are proposed. The adopting of this technology produced good result that the working face is no longer affected by the stress of the roof and the goaf during advancing.
