摘要 针对赵庄矿大采高末采工作面片帮、漏顶问题,分析了末采工作面片帮机理,现场实测确定超前支承压力影响范围,确定合理注浆区域在工作面前方20~50m.制定撤架通道深孔注浆方案,选用超细水泥深孔注浆材料,满足浆液充分扩散和工作面快速推进需求。效果考察表明,共消耗177.6吨注浆材料,5303工作面仅耗时3d安全快速通过末采20m区域,未发生片帮、冒顶现象。 In view of the problem of rib spalling and face roof collapse with cavity of large height mining in a mine, the mechanism of the last cutting mining face is analyzed. The field measurement is conducted to determine the influence range of the advancing support, and the reasonable grouting area is determined in front of the working face 20~50 m. Deep hole grouting scheme is developed in the support withdrawal way, and ultra-fine cement deep-hole grouting material is selected to meet the requirements of full diffusion of slurry and rapid advancement of working face. 177.6 tons of grouting material is consumed in 3 days with the 5303 working face being gone through at the last cutting 20m area, and no rib spalling and roof collapse occurred.
