摘要 以新阳选煤厂浮选工艺为基础,分析比较了一、二期两种浮选机及工艺流程的浮选效果,一期系统中XJM-S20对JMS24×6500尾矿中粗颗粒的回收效果明显,一期系统采用JMS24×6500与XJM-S20组合的三段浮选工艺与二期系统采用XJM-S20一段浮选工艺效果接近,提出了浮选工艺优化的方案。 Based on the flotation process of Xinyang Coal Preparation Plant, the flotation effect of the two flotation machines and process flow in the first and second phases was analyzed and compared. The effect of XJM-S20 on the recovery of coarse particles is obviously better than JMS24×6500 in the first-stage system. While the three-products flotation process which combining JMS24×6500 and XJM-S20 are almost the same as the XJM-S20 first-stage flotation system. Optimization scheme is also proposed in the paper.
