脱硫剂在流化风中的增湿及预分散输送模型

HUMIDIFICATION AND PRE-DISPERSION TRANSPORT MODEL OF DESULFURIZER IN FLUIDIZED WIND

摘要 针对增湿石灰石减湿脱硫系统,为提高脱硫剂增湿的均匀性及分散性,先后提出预分散流态化输送模型与均化增湿模型。均化增湿模型以预分散流态化输送模型的计算结果作为建模的主要参数。在预分散流态化输送模型中,建立颗粒最小聚团尺寸预测模型并计算聚团尺寸及相应的流化风速。在均化增湿模型中,将上述模型计算的流化风速设置为速度入口条件,对增湿石灰石减湿脱硫技术中现有的脱硫剂增湿设备在不同旋转轴个数下雾化水体积分布的模拟,实现装置结构的优化。结果表明:双轴装置内旋流范围较大、流态较好,有利于物料的输送;设有流化风分布器的双轴装置内风速分布较为均匀,但雾化水的分散性较未设置分布器的双轴装置更差。 In order to improve the humidification uniformity of desulfurizer, a pre-dispersed fluidized transport model and a homogenization humidification model were proposed aiming at moisture removal technology of humidified limestone of desulphurization system.The homogenization humidification model took the calculation results of the pre-dispersed fluidized transport model as the main parameters of the model.In the pre-dispersed fluidized transport model, the prediction model of particle minimum aggregate size was established first, and then the corresponding fluidized wind speed was analyzed according to the calculated aggregate size.And in the homogenization humidification model, the fluidized air velocity calculated by the above model was set as the inlet condition of velocity, and the volume distribution of atomized water under different rotating axes was simulated by using the existing desulfurizer humidifying equipment of humidified limestone desulfurization technology to optimize the structure of the device.The results showed that it was conducive to the transportation of mass for the double rotating axes device because of the larger swirl range and better flow state.The velocity distribution of fluidizing air distributor and double rotating shaft was more uniform.But the distribution of atomizing water was worse than double rotating shaft without distributor.
