内砼框架外大倾斜扭转钢框架施工技术

摘要 苏州市第二图书馆采用内钢骨混凝土框架结构与外围大倾斜扭转钢框架结构体系,作为一个超限高层,在施工中面临扭转不规则、凹凸不规则、刚度突变等问题,涉及专业较多,具有极大的施工难度和挑战性。施工采用分段制作、分阶安装的方式,从内砼框架与钢框连接节点刚铰转换、调整钢梁预变形量及竖向构件预留压缩弹性量[1]等方面介绍了大倾斜扭转钢框架结构的施工技术。 Suzhou No.2 Library adopts the internal steel-reinforced concrete frame structure and external large-tilt-torsion steel frame structure system. As an over-limit high-rise building,there are such problems like irregular torsion, irregular concave and convex, stiffness mutation and so on during the construction. It involves many professionals and has great difficulties and challenges in construction.The construction uses the way of stage production and stage installation, introduces the construction technology of steel frame structure with large tilt and torsion from the sides of internal concrete frame and rigid hinge conversion of steel frame connection joints, adjusting pre-deformation of steel beams, preserved compressive elasticity[1] of vertical members ,etc .
