摘要 传统的电线敷设施工工艺通常是将电线成卷放置于空地,由两名施工人员逐卷进行放线,效率低且人工成本较高。为解决施工工期与人工成本的矛盾,对滑轮等简单机械设备进行设计改造,采用自制放线架施工可同时放12组线,效率大大提高,达到了加快工程进度和节约成本的目的。同时,对自制放线架的加工成形进行了完整论述,为今后电线敷设采用自制放线架施工提供了借鉴参考。 The traditional construction technology of wire laying is usually to place the wire in the open space in rolls, and the wire is wired by two construction personnel, which is inefficient and has a high labor cost. In order to solve the contradiction between the construction period and labor cost,the design and transform is made to the simple mechanical equipment such as pulley.The construction uses self-made wire release frame to place 12 groups of lines at the same time. The efficiency is greatly improved, and the purpose of speeding up the progress of the project and cost saving is achieved. At the same time, the machining and forming of the self-made wire release frame are completely discussed,which provides a reference for self-made wire release frame construction of the laying of wires in the future.
