以达到高标准要求的安吉热威项目大型预制清水混凝土外墙挂板生产质量控制为例,介绍了该项目在混凝土配合比确定、原材料控制、脱模剂选用、模具组装、混凝土浇筑、脱模养护与吊运等方面的探索与实践应用经验,总结了大面积、大型预制清水混凝土外墙挂板的生产质量控制方法,为进一步提高清水混凝土生产质量提供参考。

The production quality control of large-scale precast fair-faced concrete external wall panels in the Anji Rewei project is taken as an example to introduce the exploration and practical application experiences of this project in the aspects of concrete mix ratio determination, raw material control, mold release agent selection, mold assembly, concrete pouring, mold release maintenance and hoisting, etc. The production quality control methods of large-scale precast fair-faced concrete external wall hanging boards are summarized, which provides references for further improving of the production quality of fair-faced concrete.
