工匠精神融入高职学生党员教育探析

Exploration on Integration of Craftsman Spirit into Party Education of Vocational College Students

工匠精神作为一种职业精神,是对职业敬重、对工作执着、对产品和服务追求完美的一种态度,是职业道德、职业能力、职业品质的体现,和我们党对党员的教育和要求存在诸多相通之处。在高职院校学生党员教育中可以充分发挥工匠精神效能,教育学生党员坚定理想信念,自觉锤炼党性,强化身份意识和责任担当,引领新时代高职校园新风尚。

Craftsman spirit, as a professional spirit, is respect to a profession, attachment to work, and an attitude towards the pursuit of perfection in products and services, and it is the embodiment of professional ethics, professional ability and professional quality, which has many similarities with CPC’s education and requirements for the party members. The paper holds that the integration of craftsman spirit into the education of student CPC Party members in vocational colleges will give full play to the spirit and efficiency of the craftsman, firm the student Party members’ ideal and the belief,strengthen the Party spirit, the identity consciousness and the responsibility, and lead the new fashion of the higher vocational schools in the new era.
