摘要 装备制造业的飞速发展对焊接高技能人才培养数量与质量提出了更高要求,文章以解读"理虚实一体化"教学模式为基础,分析当前焊接专业课程教学中存在的主要问题,从构建"项目载体、任务驱动"的课程体系、推行"理虚实一体化"的课程教学模式、搭建虚拟仿真VR焊接实训平台、打造专兼结合"双师型"教师队伍等方面提出焊接专业课程教学改革解决途径,为增强教育教学效果和培养高素质高技能型焊接人才提供建议和参考。 The rapid development of equipment manufacturing industry has put forward higher requirements for the quantity and quality of welding high-skilled personnel training. The paper takes the "theoretical-virtual-actual integration"teaching model as the base to analyze the main problems existing in the teaching of welding courses and proposes some measures as constructing the curriculum system of "project carrier and task-driven", implementing the teaching mode of "theoretical-virtual-actual integration", building virtual simulation VR welding training platform and building the teaching team of "double-qualified" teachers.
