商贸外语人才培养协同推进模式及动态调整机制构建

摘要 随着我国商贸事业的发展,社会对商贸外语人才素质提出了更高要求,对高校人才培养模式也提出了新的挑战。基于此,通过对商贸外语专业人才社会需求进行分析,从实践中探讨基于社会需求的商贸外语专业人才培养协同推进模式,构建基于社会需求的商贸外语人才培养动态调整机制。 With the development of trade and business, China has put forward higher requirements for the quality of foreign language talents in trade and business, which provides a challenge for universities in their talent training model. The paper, based on the analysis of the social needs of business foreign language personnel, proposes a coordination model for training business foreign language personnel and constructs a dynamic adjustment mechanism for foreign language talent training based on social needs.
