摘要
采用AMPS-1D软件对以CH3NH3PbI3材料为活性层,ZnO为电子缓冲层,Cu2O为空穴缓冲层的n-i-p钙钛矿太阳能性能进行模拟优化.探讨了活性层厚度、空穴缓冲层厚度以及温度对钙钛矿太阳能电池性能的影响.优化后的钙钛矿太阳能电池器件参数为CH3NH3PbI3厚度500nm、ZnO厚度100nm、Cu2O厚度50nm,此时钙钛矿太阳能电池Voc=0.891V,Jsc=22.813mA/cm^2,FF=0.793,Eff=16.12%.
The heterogeneous perovskite solar cells was simulated and optimized by Amps-1D software.The perovskite solar cells made used CH 3NH 3PbI 3 as the active layer,ZnO as the electronic buffer layer and P-Cu 2O as the hole buffer layer.It was investigated the performance of perovskite solar cells was effected by active layer thickness,hole buffer layer thickness and temperature.The optimal performance parameters of perovskite solar cells were Voc=0.891V,Jsc=22.813mA/cm^2 , FF=0.793 and Eff=16.12%.
