摘要
目的:探究我国居民门诊和住院卫生服务利用的满意度及其影响因素。方法:通过多阶段分层整群抽样抽取全国第5次卫生服务数据中门诊和住院信息,运用卡方检验和逻辑回归筛选影响我国居民卫生服务利用满意度的因素。结果:文化程度低的居民,门诊卫生服务利用满意度也低(OR=0.691-0.857);家庭收入的增长可提高居民门诊卫生服务满意度(95%CI:1.027-1.333)。城市居民住院卫生服务利用满意度是农村居民的1.105倍(OR=1.105);在不同病房环境的住院患者满意度相差高达5倍(OR=1.237-5.046),住院花费完全可负担可提升居民满意度(95%CI3.055-9.563)。结论:居民对卫生服务利用的满意度是衡量卫生服务质量的一项重要指标。我国在加快推进卫生体制改革的同时,应努力提高卫生服务质量和公平性。
Objective:To explore the satisfaction of outpatient and inpatient health services utilization in China and analyze influencing factors.Methods:Multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method was used to extract outpatient and inpatient information from the 5th national health service data.Chi-square test and logistic regression were used to explore the factors that affect the satisfaction of residents' health service utilization in China.Results:Residents with low education levels are more likely to be dissatisfied with outpatient health services (OR = 0.691-0.738).The increase of household income will improve the satisfaction of the residents' outpatient health services (95% CI1.027-1.333).The satisfaction of urban residents' utilization of inpatient health services is1.105 times that of rural residents (0R=1.105).Inpatient satisfaction in different ward Settings varied by up to five times (OR ranging from1.237 to 5.046).Completely affordable hospitalization costs can increase residents' satisfaction with hospitalization (95%CI 3.055-9.563).Conclusion:Residents' satisfaction with the utilization of health services is an important indicator to measure the quality of health care.While accelerating the process of reform of the health system, China should make efforts to improve the quality and equity of health services.
