Evaluation on Agglomeration Degree of the Allocation of Health Human Resources in Henan Province

目的:分析河南省卫生人力资源配置的公平性,发现问题并探索优化配置的方案。方法:收集整理2012-2016年河南省卫生人力资源配置数据,在考量人口和经济因素的同时运用集聚度分析的方法评价该省卫生人力资源配置的公平性。结果:总体而言,河南省卫生人力资源配置的公平性较好,但不同区域间卫生人力资源的分布差异较为显著,卫生人力资源集聚度在考量人口和经济指标时差异较为明显。结论:河南省卫生人力资源配置存在地域性失衡,应该在充分考虑区位因素的前提下纳入人口和经济因素,缩小地区间差异,提高卫生人力资源布局公平性。

Objective:To analyze and evaluate the equity of health human resources allocation in Henan Province so as to find the problems and explore the optimal allocation scheme.Methods:Collecting and sorting out the relevant data of health human resources allocation in Henan Province from2012 to2016.The method of agglomeration analysis was employed to evaluate the equity of health human resources allocation while considering the population and economic factors at the same time.Results:Overall, the equity of the allocation of health human resources in Henan Province is pretty good,the distribution of health human resources in different regions varies considerably.The agglomeration degree of health human resources varies significantly with reference to population and economic indicators.Conclusions:There is a regional imbalance in the allocation of health human resources in Henan Province.Taking full account of location factors and incorporating demographic and economic factors to narrow regional differences is an effective way to improve the equity of the distribution of health human resources.
