山东省某市居民两周患病率及生活行为方式研究

Study on two-week prevalence and lifestyle behavior of residents in a city of Shandong Province

目的:了解居民的两周患病率及生活行为方式,分析可控因素在常住人口和流动人口之间的差异,为疾病预防及区域卫生规划提供依据。方法:采用自编调查问卷,对山东省某市随机抽取的18个社区(村)的6832名18周岁以上的居民进行调查。结果:居民总体两周患病率为15.2%,且常住人口与流动人口的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);居民的生活行为方式上,吸烟、体育锻炼、心理健康、生活压力、饮食习惯等可控因素就不同人口方面差异具有统计学意义。结论:山东省某市居民的健康状况较乐观,但两周患病率及健康行为方式仍有待改善,政府应采取有针对性的政策,以提高居民健康水平。

Objective:To understand the two-week prevalence and lifestyle of residents aged18 years or older in a city of Shandong Province, and to analyze the differences of controllable factors between permanent population and the floating population, and to provide evidence for disease prevention and regional health planning.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 6832 residents over the age of18 in18 randomly selected communities (villages) a city in Shandong Province.Results:The overall two-week prevalence rate of residents was15.2%, and the difference between resident population and floating population was statistically significant ( P <0.05).In terms of residents' lifestyle, smoking, physical exercise, mental health, life pressure, eating habits and other controllable factors have statistically significant differences among different populations.Conclusion:The health status of residents in a city in Shandong Province is more optimistic, but the two-week prevalence and health behavior still need to be improved.The government should take targeted measures to improve the residents' health.
