Chronic Diseases Health Empowerment: A concept analysis

依据Rodgers演化分析法分析慢性病健康赋权的概念,系统检索了常用中英数据库相关42篇文献,从概念属性、先决条件和影响因素、结果与意义、测评指标等方面进行分析。慢性病健康赋权包括控制疾病的目标与责任、获取健康知识的能力、自主参与健康决策的过程、提升自我效能的结果和赋权他人的意愿5个属性。目前缺乏对慢性病健康赋权系统的研究,值得深入探讨。

The concept of chronic diseases health empowerment was analyzed based on Rodgers’ evolutionary concept analysis. A total of 42 related articles in common Chinese and English databases were searched systematically which were analyzed from the concept attributes, preconditions and influencing factors, results and significance and evaluation indicators and so on. The five attributes of chronic disease health empowerment were the goal and responsibility of controlling disease, the ability to acquire health knowledge, the process of self-participation in health decision-making, the result of improved self-efficacy and the willingness to empower others.There is a lack of systematic research and analysis on chronic diseases health empowerment, which worth exploring.
