从中医“治未病”理论探讨无症状心力衰竭的防治

Discussion on the Prevention and Treatment of Asymptomatic Heart Failure from the Theory of "Preventive Treatment of Diseases" of TCM

无症状心力衰竭是指没有典型充血性心力衰竭临床表现的左室收缩功能障碍的疾病。将中医“治未病”思想与无症状心力衰竭的早期防治相结合,对于有心血管高危因素且尚未发展为心力衰竭的患者,从湿热和瘀毒两方面进行论治达到未病先防、治其未发的目的。对于左室收缩功能下降但无充血性心力衰竭症状的患者,治疗上以益气化浊行瘀为法,辅以中医外治法和调畅情志起到既病防变、治其未传的作用。不同阶段给予相应的防治措施,对于降低失代偿性心力衰竭的发病率、致死率具有重要意义。

Asymptomatic heart failure is a disease of left ventricular systolic dysfunction without typical clinical symptoms of congestive heart failure.Combining the thought of "preventive treatment" of TCM with the early prevention and treatment of asymptomatic heart failure,we can treat the patients with high risk factors of cardiovascular disease who have not yet developed into heart failure from damp-heat and stasis-toxin aspects to achieve the goal of prevention and treatment of the disease before it occurs;for the patients with left ventricular systolic function decline but without congestive heart failure symptoms,the treatment is to enrich Qi,turbidity and circulate blood stasis.With the help of TCM external treatment and psychotherapy,it plays a role in preventing and curing the disease.It is significant to reduce the morbidity and mortality of decompensated heart failure by giving corresponding preventive and therapeutic measures at different stages.
