摘要
随着SiC纳米线制备技术的日益成熟,其在场发射、光催化、电学和光学材料领域有着广阔的应用前景和发展潜力,也可作为多种结构材料增强体广泛应用于航空航天、核、制动系统等多种工业领域。综述了SiC纳米线的性能及其多种制备方法的研究现状,详细介绍了SiC纳米线作为增强材料应用于陶瓷材料、C基复合材料及SiC基复合材料中的研究进展,讨论了SiC纳米线的作用机制,并展望了其未来发展方向。
With the development of fabrication technology, SiC nanowires have broad application prospect and development potential in field emission,photocatalysis,electricity and optical materials. SiC nanowires are widely used as reinforcers of various structral materials in aerospace,nuclear,braking systems and other industrial fields. The properties and preparation methods of SiC nanowires are reviewed in this paper. The research progress and mechanisms of SiC nanowires as reinforcing materials applied in ceramic materials,C matrix composites and SiC matrix composites are introduced in detail,and its development in the future is looked forward.
