基层图书室服务效能提升的调查与思考——以铜川市为例

Investigation and Consideration on the Improvement of Primary Library Service Efficiency:Take Tongchuan City as an Example

基层是全民阅读推广的短板和关键,基层综合性文化服务中心是基层文化建设的重要阵地,图书室承担着社会教育职能,在新时期并赋予了"作新民"、缩小城乡信息鸿沟的使命。本文通过调研铜川市基层综合性文化服务中心图书室现状和存在问题,建议应充分认识新时期基层图书室功能作用,创造更加便民舒适的阅读环境,加大阅读活动的开展,落实政策保障指导,进一步改善和提升基层图书室服务效能,更好地服务基层群众。

The grass-roots level is the short board and key of the the nationwide reading promotion.The grass-roots comprehensive cultural service center is an important position of grass-roots cultural construction,and the library undertakes the social education function and has been assumed mission of "being a new citizen" and narrowing the information gap between urban and rural areas in the new period.Based on the investigation on the current situation and existing problems of Tongchuan Grass-roots Comprehensive Cultural Service Center Library,this paper suggests that we should fully understand the function of the library at the grass-roots level in the new period,create more convenient and comfortable reading environment,increase reading activities,implement guarantee guidance,further improve and enhance the grass-roots library service efficiency,and better serve the masses.
