高职医卫类专业学生职业精神教育缺失原因及对策研究

Study on Causes and Countermeasures of Lack of Professional Spirit Education for Medical and Health Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职医卫类专业学生职业精神教育缺失表现为职业精神教育在课程体系中比重较小、缺少符合实际的职业精神课程教材、专业化的职业精神教师队伍配备不足、缺乏有效的职业精神教育评价体系四个方面。医疗卫生行业在人员选聘方面的功利化倾向、高职院校对职业精神教育的主观忽视、学生个人对职业精神教育的认知错位是造成高职医卫类专业学生职业精神教育缺失的主要原因。高职医卫类专业职业精神缺失的对策为将专业课程作为高职医卫类专业职业精神教育的主要渠道,将职业精神教学评价体系作为高职医卫类专业学生职业精神教育的核心标准,将专业实训作为高职医卫类专业职业精神教育的重要载体,将校企合作作为高职医卫类专业职业精神教育的重要手段。

The lack of professional spirit education for medical and health students in higher vocational colleges is manifested in the following four aspects: the small proportion of professional spirit education in the curriculum system,the lack of vocational spirit curriculum materials that is in line with practical situation,the shortage of professional teachers with professional spirit,and the lack of effective professional spirit education evaluation system. Through the in-depth exploration of the reasons,the paper points out that the main reasons for the lack of professional spirit education are the utilitarian tendency in medical and health industry in personnel selection,the neglect of professional spirit education in higher vocational colleges,and the dislocation of students’ cognition of professional spirit education. Countermeasures for the lack of professional spirit education for medical and health students in higher vocational schools are as follows: to take the professional courses as the main channels for the education of professional spirit,to take the evaluation system of professional spirit teaching as the core standard for professional spirit education for medical and health students in higher vocational schools,to take the professional training as an important carrier of professional education,and to take the cooperation between schools and enterprises as the main means to professional spirit education for medical and health students in higher vocational schools.
