含绒量和缝制工艺对羽绒服防钻绒性的影响

The influence of down content and sewing technology on the down-proof property of down jacket

为了探讨如何提高羽绒服的防钻绒性,选取3种常见的羽绒服面料,从羽绒服含绒量、线迹密度、机针号数、增加牵条衬和防绒袋几个影响因素入手开展研究。实验对比发现:随着羽绒服含绒量的增加,防钻绒性随之下降,但含绒量增至95%时,防钻绒性有所改善;钻绒根数与线迹密度符合指数衰减趋势,线迹密度越大,防钻绒性越好;机针号数越小,防钻绒性越好;增加牵条衬和使用防绒内胆材料均可以显著提高产品的防钻绒性。

In order to explore the effective method to improve the down-proof property of down jacket, three common down jacket fabrics were chosen to carry out the experiment on several influencing factors, such as down content, stitch density, sewing machine needle number, added fillet lining and down-proof bag. It was found that down-proof property decreased with the increase of down content, and it would be improved when the down content was 95%. The number of drilling velvet and stitch density are following exponential attenuation trend. The larger the stitch density is and the smaller the needle number will be, and the better the down-proof property would be. Added fillet lining and down-proof liner material can significantly improve the down-proof property of the product.
