基于Skowron区分矩阵的冷链物流企业绩效评价指标约简

Reduction of Performance Indexes for Cold-Chain Logistics Enterprises Based on Skowron Discernibility Matrix

为了科学合理的评价冷链物流企业绩效,构建了涵盖企业财务能力、客户服务能力、信息技术能力以及冷供应链能力的指标体系。进行针对评价过程中评价指标体系庞大、数据繁杂的问题,采用基于粗糙集属性约简理论的Skowron区分矩阵算法对冷链物流企业绩效评价指标体系进行快速简化。以成都市某家冷链物流企业的实例研究结果表明:通过约简,冷链物流企业绩效评价指标由原来的18个缩减为10个,较大程度上减少了评价的复杂程度与工作量。

In order to evaluate the performance of cold chain logistics enterprises scientifically,and build an index system covering enterprise financial capability,customer service capability,information technology capability and cold supply chain capability,this paper discusses the problems of huge evaluation index system and complicated data in the evaluation process.Skowron Discernibility Matrix Algorithm based on rough set attribute reduction theory is used to simplify the performance evaluation index system of cold chain logistics enterprises.This paper takes a cold chain logistics enterprise in Chengdu as an example.The results show that,by reduction,the performance evaluation index of cold chain logistics enterprise is reduced from 18 to 10,which greatly reduces the complexity and workload of evaluation.
