校园水果配送中的保鲜问题及其对策研究

Study on Fresh-keeping Problems and Countermeasures of Fruit Distribution on Campus

随着人们生活水平的提高,水果成了日常生活中必不可少的食物之一,为了让人们更方便的享受水果,一些水果公司开通了水果配送服务,水果配送网站应运而生。购买水果时,水果新鲜程度对顾客的回购率可产生不可忽视的影响,因此水果的保鲜性问题成为了人们不得不关注的话题。现在,大学生对水果的需求日益增长,且在校大学生大都选择在校园内购买水果,因此校园水果配送正在成为企业关注的重点,解决好校园水果配送环节中出现的保鲜问题越来越迫切。文中首先分析校园水果配送现状,在此基础上,运用SWOT分析法、鱼刺图分析法,针对现在校园水果配送中出现的保鲜性问题进行原因分析,然后,根据五力模型分析法研究解决这类问题的对策。

With the improvement of people's living standards,fruit has become one of the essential foods in daily life.In order to make it more convenient for people to enjoy fruits,some fruit companies have opened fruit delivery services,and fruit delivery websites emerge at the historic moment.When buying fruit,the freshness of the fruit can have a significant impact on customers' re-purchase,so the freshness of the fruit has become a topic we have to pay attention to.Nowadays,the demand of college students for fruits is growing day by day,and most college students choose to buy fruits on campus,so campus fruit distribution is becoming the focus of enterprises,solving the problem of keeping fresh in campus fruit distribution is more and more urgent.This article first analyzes the current situation of campus fruit distribution.On this basis,SWOT analysis method and fishbone diagram analysis method are used to analyze the reasons for the freshness problems in the current campus fruit distribution.Then,the five forces model analysis method is used to study the countermeasures to solve these problems.
