摘要
目前,制造企业服务化问题已经成为近年来的研究热点。文中采用内容分析法,通过对2008-2018年间发表的多篇文献分析,基于供应链视角识别了制造企业服务化过程中价值创造的演进规律。结果表明:制造企业在服务化的不同阶段,其所处的供应链所有的特点有所不同,其创造价值的方式也会随之变化。这一演进规律提出了未来制造企业的发展方向,对企业实践有着重要管理意义。
At present,the problem of manufacturing enterprise servitization has become a research hotspot in recent years.This paper uses the content analysis method to identify the evolution of value creation in the process of service enterprise manufacturing based on the supply chain perspective through the analysis of many articles published in 2008-2018.The results show that the manufacturing companies have different characteristics in the supply chain at different stages of servitization,and the way they create value will change.This evolutionary law proposes the development direction of future manufacturing enterprises and has important management significance for enterprise practice.
