The Curriculum Construction of Talent Training Integrating Supply Chain Management and Financial Innovation——An Example of Supply Chain Finance Curriculum

物流与供应链金融的快速发展,倒逼高校在人才培养的课程设置及教学方法做出调整。文中聚焦融合供应链管理和金融创新的人才培养课程建设,以供应链金融课程为例,阐述了课程建设的目标和定位,重点从六个模块讨论课程建设的内容,并从教学方法和模式角度,提出课程建设和实施的具体措施,以期能够为培养复合型供应链管理人才的课程教学提供参考。

The rapid development of logistics and supply chain finance forces colleges and universities to adjust the curriculum and teaching methods of talent cultivation.This paper focuses on curriculum construction of integration of supply chain management and financial innovation of talents training.Taking the curriculum of supply chain finance as an example,this paper expounds the target and orientation to the construction of supply chain finance curriculum,and mainly discuss the content of curriculum construction for six aspects.Moreover,the specific measures are put forward for curriculum construction and implementation and our research aims to provide reference for curriculum teaching of cultivating compound talents for supply chain management.
