摘要
针对物流管理专业跟岗实习实施过程中存在的问题,梳理物流管理专业跟岗实习对口岗位,提出"两轮跟岗、企业轮习"跟岗实习模式,并从产教深度融合、校企协同育人的角度,构建"校·企·生"三方互评的跟岗实习评价体系。
According to the problems in the course of implementation of logistics management professional following practice,combing the matching posts with following practice,proposed a mode of "two rounds of practices,practice in different enterprises "and constructed a three-party mutual evaluation system of "school,enterprise and student",from the perspective of deep integration of production and education,school-enterprise synergy.
