高职物流管理学生顶岗实习问题及对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Logistics Management Students’ Post Practice in Higher Vocational Colleges

顶岗实习是高职院校为学生的职业生涯规划的一个重要环节,能够让学生提升岗位专业性和适应力,从而在毕业后更好的适应社会工作需求。为提升高职院校物流管理学生顶岗实习质量,进而提高其就业对口率,文中针对目前顶岗实习的现状和存在的问题进行分析,希望能为高职物流管理专业顶岗实习管理工作提出行之有效的管理对策。

Post practice is an important part in higher vocational college for the students' career planning,which can make students improve their professional position and adaptability,so as to better adapt to social work needs after graduation.In order to improve the quality of post practice of logistics management students in higher vocational colleges and improve their employment matching rate,this paper analyzes the current situations and existing problems of post practice,hoping to put forward effective management countermeasures for post practice management of logistics management major in higher vocational colleges.
