Analysis of Volatile Organic Compounds Emission in Coking Industry

我国炼焦行业存在储罐VOCs治理设施效果不好和对VOCs无组织排放关注不足的问题。本文针对储罐VOCs设施治理效果不好的问题,提出了罐顶连通管线设置控制阀、引风机加装变频控制模块、洗油罐设置降温冷却系统和提高活性炭更换自动化程度的建议。针对VOCs无组织排放关注不足的问题,提出了以确立“消灭异味”为目标、识别无组织排放具体作业、制定落实针对性措施建议和加强无组织排放监督管控的建议。对以上VOCs排放问题加以改进不仅有助于改善我国现阶段大气环境形势,更有助于保证炼焦企业员工和周边群众身体健康。

China is a big coking production country in the world,and the production capacity is mainly based on conventional coke oven.At present,there are some problems in coking industry in China,such as poor effect in storage tank VOCs treatment facilities and insufficient attention to VOCs disorganized emission.In order to solve the problem of poor treatment effect in VOCs facilities in storage tank,the suggestions on setting control valve in roof connecting pipeline,adding frequency conversion control module in induced draft fan,setting cooling system in washing tank and improving automatic replacement of activated carbon are put forward.In order to solve the problem of insufficient attention paid to the disorganized emission of VOCs,the suggestions on the establishment of targets of “eliminating odor”,the identification of specific operations of disorganized emission,the implementation of targeted measures and the strengthening of control for disorganized emission are put forward.It is not only helpful to improve the current situation of atmospheric environment in China,but also to ensure the health of employees in coking enterprises and people around.
