摘要
通过识别某大型氯碱化工企业环境风险最大可信事故,利用重质气体扩散模型SLAB,采用不同系统参数-浓度平均时间(TAV)以及对应的大气毒性终点浓度值(AEGL、PACs、IDLH)组合,对该企业氯气事故泄漏扩散进行数值模拟,对事故后果影响的程度和范围分别进行了分析,同时对SLAB模型在重质气体扩散中采用的参数和标准进行了一定探讨。
this article by identifying a large chlor alkali maximum credible enterprise environmental risk accidents,the use of heavy gas diffusion model of SLAB,using different concentration of the system parameters,the average time (TAV),and the corresponding atmospheric toxic end density (AEGL,PACs,IDLH) combination,to spread of chlorine leakage accident of the firm to carry on the numerical simulation,the degree of impact on accident consequences and scope are analyzed respectively,at the same time in this paper,the SLAB model used in the heavy gas diffusion parameter and standard was discussed.
