摘要 产业从兴起到发展的整体过程中都离不开电力设备在生产活动中的起始运行。特别是自中国市场进一步自由竞争和对外开放以来,产业无论是在种类还是在规模上都相较以往迈入了更高一层的台阶,意味着为了完成生产任务、达到市场需求量、提高企业的生产效益,产业对电力设备的运营量和工作量也日渐增长。因此,电力设备的有效运行从微观和宏观方面来看都是促进经济长效发展的应有之策,而确保其稳定高速的电力设备状态检修一直以来都是产业效益的固有要求。从传统到现代以来,电力设备状态检修已经形成了较为完善的模式和规则,已然成为生产者在工作过程中的主要思想和意识。但值得注意的是,尽管电力设备的检修已经成为大流,随着产业的规模化和集中化,电力设备运用的数量早已不可同日而语。而传统电力设备的检修模式自然也不能满足现代大型设备的客观需要。此时借助物联网技术提高检修的效率,从而推动生产力的进步,显示出强大的优势。 The whole process of industry from rise to development cannot be separated from the initial operation of power equipment in production activities.Especially since the Chinese market has been further free to compete and open to the outside world,the industry has entered a higher level in both types and scale than before,which means that in order to complete the production tasks,meet the market demand and improve the production efficiency of enterprises,the operation volume and workload of the industry on power equipment are also increasing day by day.Therefore,the effective operation of power equipment is a necessary measure to promote the long-term economic development from both micro and macro perspectives,and ensuring its stable and high-speed condition-based maintenance of power equipment has always been an inherent requirement of industrial benefits.From traditional to modern,the condition-based maintenance of power equipment has formed a relatively perfect mode and rules,and has become the main idea and consciousness of producers in the process of work.However,it is worth noting that although the overhaul of electric power equipment has become a major stream,with the scale and centralization of the industry,the number of electric power equipment used is already quite different.However,the maintenance mode of traditional power equipment cannot naturally meet the objective needs of modern large-scale equipment.At this time,with the help of Internet of Things technology,the maintenance efficiency is improved,thus promoting the progress of productivity and showing strong advantages.
