摘要 在国民经济保持迅猛发展的良好态势下,无论是在日常生活中,还是在工业领域,物料配送自动化日臻成熟,不仅使得生产效率明显提升,还促进了自动送料机的技术优化和发展。近些年来,我国送料机行业取得了长足发展,不过与西方国家相比依旧处于明显落后状态,并且在实务工作开展中,依旧存在着使用人工送料配送系统的现象,导致工作效率低下,人力劳动强度比较大,最重要的是存在着安全隐患。本文拟将目光聚焦于自动送料机对螺纹挡圈的输送以及装载定位,依托性能稳定、功能完善的可编程逻辑编程器PLC实现智能化调控及优化。 In the good situation of the rapid development of the national economy,both in daily life and in the industrial field,the automation of material distribution is becoming more and more mature,which not only makes the production efficiency significantly improved,but also promotes the technical optimization and development of the automatic feeder.In recent years,China's feeder industry has made great progress,but it is still in a relatively backward state compared with Western countries,and in the practice work,there is still a phenomenon of using manual feeding and distribution system,resulting in inefficient work,human labor.The intensity is relatively large,and the most important thing is that there are security risks.This paper intends to focus on the automatic feeder feeding and loading positioning of the thread retaining ring,relying on the programmable logic programmer with stable performance and perfect function to realize intelligent regulation and optimization.
