摘要
随着大数据信息技术应用水平的不断提升,如何将新技术与干部人事档案管理融合在一起,实现干部人事档案管理与利用的创新成为了当前人事干部需要关注的热点问题之一。文章从干部人事档案管理的应用特点出发,论述了当前我国在开展干部人事档案管理工作时存在的问题,并在此基础上阐述了干部人事档案管理利用的创新策略,希望能够发挥出干部人事档案管理在培养和考察选拔干部中的重要作用的同时,优化相关政府职能部门现有的人事管理工作基础,从而推进国内干部人事改革的发展。
With the continuous improvement of the application level of big data information technology,how to integrate the new technology with the management of cadres'personnel files and realize the innovation of the management and utilization of cadres' personnel files has become one of the hot issues that personnel cadres need to pay attention to at present.Starting from the application characteristics of cadre and personnel archives management,this paper expounded the problems exist- ing in the development of cadre and personnel archives management in our country at present,and on this basis,expounded the innovative strategies for the management and utilization of cadre and personnel archives,hoping to give full play to the importance of cadre and personnel archives management in the training,investigation and selection of cadres.At the same time,we should optimize the existing personnel management basis of relevant government functional departments,so as to promote the development of domestic cadre personnel reform.
