摘要 随着社会经济的不断发展,生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品质量的重视与要求也越来越高。当食品质量安全出现问题,对人们的身体健康将有直接影响,因此,必须加强食品质量检验工作,质量不合格的食品绝对不可以进入市场。但在食品检验过程中,还存在较多的问题,导致不合格食品大量流入市场,对人们的生命健康造成影响。基于此,文章详细的分析了食品检验存在的问题,并提出了有效的应对措施。 With the continuous development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the food quality has more and more attention and requirements.When food quality and safety problems, have a direct impact on people's health, therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the food quality inspection work, unqualified food must not enter the market.However, in the process of food inspection, there are still many problems, which lead to a large number of unqual- ified food into the market, affecting people's life and health. Based on this, this paper analyzed the existing problems and put forward effective countermeasures.
