摘要
针对航空遥测信息网络化传输的需求,设计了一种基于网络输出的信息采集编码设备。在继承国内信息采集编码器设计部分成果的基础上,采用网络数据包输出替换传统PCM数据流输出技术,适应了遥测信息高码率、网络化传输的需求。通过机内测试(BIT)与内场综合自动测试设备(IATE)相配合的方法,完成了设备的功能、性能测试与故障诊断。测试结果表明,信息采集编码正确,以太网数据包传输速率能够达到15 Mbps左右,丢包率小于0.01%。
In view of the demand of aviation telemetry network data transmission,a data acquisition encoder is designed.Based on a part of design achievement of a certain data acquisition encoder at home,the network data package is used to replace the traditional PCM data flow technology to meet the requirements of telemetry data for high code rate and network transmission.The method of combining BIT with IATE is used to perform the function and performance test,fault diagnosis of equipment.The test results show that the data acquisition encoder is feasible,and the Ethernet data package transmission speed can be up to about 15 Mbps and the package loss rate can be less than 0.01%.
