福建省2019年上半年规模化猪场猪瘟、蓝耳病和伪狂犬病抗体检测及分析

Detection and analysis of antibodies against CSF, PRRS and PR in large-scale pig farms in Fujian province in the first half of 2019

为了解2019年上半年福建省规模化猪场猪瘟、蓝耳病和伪狂犬病的免疫情况,对福建省不同地区46个规模猪场的2636份血清样本进行ELISA检测及分析。结果表明,猪瘟抗体阳性率为72.38%,阻断率为69.42%;伪狂犬病gE抗体阳性率为30.73%;免疫蓝耳病疫苗猪场的阳性率为85.87%,未免疫蓝耳病疫苗猪场的阳性率为55.96%。通过该项试验,为福建省规模化猪场猪瘟、蓝耳病和伪狂犬病的防控提供数据参考和科学依据。

In order to understand the immune status of CSF, PRRS and PR in large-scale farms of Fujian in the first half of 2019,2 636 serum samples from 46 pig farms in different areas of Fujian were detected by ELISA and analyzed.The results showed that the positive rate of CSF antibody was 72.38%, the blocking rate was 69.42%, and the positive rate of PR gE antibody was 30.73%. The positive rate was 85.87% in PRRS vaccine farm and 55.96% in non-immunized PRSS vaccine farm. This experiment provided data reference and scientific basis for the prevention and control of CSF, PRRS and PR in Fujian pig farms.
