基于工件定位算法的CAS系统设计

摘要 基于计算机的工件定位技术是当今制造业的热点之一,文中在分析常用定位算法的基础上,针对CNC数控机床(TIMAX)设计并开发了一套计算机辅助定位CAS系统。该系统基于对称/普通工件以及混合/包容的在线定位算法,具备定位、测点、刀轨补偿、数据处理等功能,能够满足不同工件的加工需求。进一步的,对该系统的定位算法、加工效果以及匹配度进行了测试。测试结果表明,该系统运行稳定,CAD模型和工件匹配度良好,定位和加工精度可高达8级,达到了最初的设计要求,且具有较高的实用价值。 Computer-based workpiece location technology is one of the hot spots in today’s manufacturing industry. Based on the analysis of common location algorithms,this paper designs and develops a computer-aided setup system for CNC machine tools(TIMAX). Due to the symmetric/normal workpiece algorithm and the mixed/inclusive location algorithm,the system has functions of positioning,measuring points,tool path compensation,data processing and so on,which can be used online and meet the processing requirements of different workpieces. Furthermore,the location algorithm,processing effect and matching degree of the system are tested in this paper. The test results show that the system can operate stably,and the CAD model has good matching degree with the and the workpiece. The location and machining precision can be up to 8 levels,which achieves the original design requirements and has high practical value.
