摘要 由于当前对于电气设备的绝缘和通流检测采用分别测量的方式,这与电气设备的实际工作状态有所出入。为了避免不能同时测量所带来的误差,文中设计了70kV、3.15kA级智能化电压、电流双施加试验系统设计,使得小容量电源开展电气设备额定工况考核成为可能。经过测试,70kV,3.15kA智能化电压、电流双施加系统可以实现同时将电压、电流施加到低阻抗的电气设备上进行绝缘及通流测试。且测试结果与常规方法的结果相一致,这表明该方案具有一定的可行性。 For the insulation and flow detection of electrical equipment,separate measurement methods are used,which is different from the actual working state of electrical equipment. In order to avoid the error caused by the simultaneous measurement,this paper designed the design of the intelligent voltage and current double application test system of 70 kV and 3.15 kA level,which makes it possible to carry out the rated working condition evaluation of electrical equipment for small-capacity power supply. After testing,the 70 kV,3.15 kA intelligent voltage and current dual application system can simultaneously apply voltage and current to low-impedance electrical equipment for insulation and through-flow testing.And the test results are consistent with the results of the conventional method,which indicates that the program has certain feasibility.
