摘要
本文为了分析电流类型和电流作用时间对断路器回路电阻测试的影响,选取断路器用弹簧型、自力型、梅花型3种典型触头作为研究对象,通过搭建试验平台开展试验研究,并以弹簧触头的测试结果为例进行了详细分析,得出如下结论:采用冲击电流法比直流压降法更能反映触头的真实接触状态,并且通过回路电阻随电流幅值大小、作用时间的变化趋势来评估断路器触头接触状态比阈值法更加有效。
In order to analyze the influence of current type and current action time on the circuit resistance test of circuit breaker,three typical contacts of spring type,self-supporting type and plum blossom type are selected as the research objects. The experimental research is carried out by setting up a test platform,and the test results of spring contacts are analyzed in detail. The following conclusions are drawn: Impulse current method is better than DC voltage drop method. The method can better reflect the real contact state of the contacts,and it is more effective than the threshold method to evaluate the contact state of the contacts of circuit breakers by the changing trend of the circuit resistance with the magnitude of current and the action time.
