摘要 文章针对马尔科夫模型能动态反应各状态的变化过程和小系统建模灵活的优点,结合可靠性框图建模可以直观反映系统结构和计算相对简单的优点,采用了马尔科夫模型与可靠性框图模型的硬件失效评估方法,对安全仪表系统安全完整性等级进行验证。通过VBA编程对各子系统的数学模型进行实现并用商业软件对其进行验证,得出在误差允许范围内,马尔科夫模型与可靠性框图模型较较马尔科夫模型简化了系统建模过程、更直观显示出系统的硬件结构、节约了计算时间,较可靠性框图模型提高建模的灵活性。最后,实现了基于马尔科夫模型与可靠性框图模型算法的工程应用。 In view of the advantages that Markov model can dynamically reflect the changing process of each state and small system modeling is flexible,combining with the advantages that reliability block diagram modeling can intuitively reflect the system structure and relatively simple calculation,this paper adopts the hardware failure assessment method of Markov model and reliability block diagram model to verify the safety integrity level of safety instrumentation system. The mathematical models of each subsystem are realized by VBA programming and verified by commercial software. It is concluded that within the allowable error range,Markov model and reliability block diagram model simplify the system modeling process,show the hardware structure of the system more intuitively,save computing time,and improve the flexibility of modeling compared with Markov model. Finally,the engineering application based on Markov model and reliability block diagram model algorithm is realized.
