上海某社区就诊居民失眠症的现状调查

Investigation of the status quo of insomnia in visiting residents of a community in Shanghai

目的:了解上海江浦街道社区卫生服务中心五环站点就诊居民的失眠现状。方法:选取2018年12月至2019年1月在上海江浦社区卫生服务中心五环站点全科门诊就诊的453名居民为研究对象,其中男性208人,女性245人,年龄19~87岁,平均年龄58岁。对被失眠问卷调查判定为失眠症的患者采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)问卷调查。结果:有38.41%的就诊居民有失眠症,其中女性患病率高于男性,老年人患病率高于年轻人,女性PSQI睡眠障碍评分均值高于男性,老年人失眠症患者的睡眠时间与睡眠效率评分均值均高于年轻患者,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:在门诊就诊居民中,女性和老年人的失眠症患病率较高,因此在社区门诊中更需要关注女性居民和老年居民,提高居民对失眠症的认知。

Objective: To understand the insomnia status of visiting residents at the Wuhuan Health Service Station of Jiangpu Community Health Service Center, Shanghai. Methods: Four hundred and fifty-three residents from the General Outpatient Clinic of Wuhuan Health Station of Jiangpu Community Health Service Center, Shanghai from December 2018 to January 2019 were selected as subjects, among them, there were 208 males and 245 females, and the age ranged from 19 to 87 years, with an average age of 58 years. The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) questionnaire was used to investigate the patients who were diagnosed as insomnia by the insomnia questionnaire survey. Results: 38.41% of the visiting residents had insomnia, and the prevalence in female was higher than that in male, the prevalence of the elderly was higher than that of young people, the average value of PSQI sleep disorder score in female was higher than that in male, the average value of sleep time and sleep efficiency score in the elderly insomnia patients was higher than that in young patients, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: Among the visiting residents, the prevalence of insomnia in female and the elderly is high, and therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the female and elderly residents in the community outpatient clinics to improve residents’ awareness of insomnia.
