摘要 随着牙体种植技术逐渐发展与成熟,同时种植牙因具有咀嚼效率高、适用性强等优点越来越被众多牙缺失者所接受。然而,种植牙随着时间的延长及各种致病因素的影响会存在一些并发症,如治疗不及时则会导致种植牙失败。其中种植体周围炎是最严重的并发症,也是造成种植牙失败最主要原因。种植失败所导致的种植体松动、脱落使种植修复患者无法接受,也是临床医师努力攻克的难题。治疗种植体周围炎方法很多,而Er:YAG激光在种植体周围炎的应用上具有独特优势,大量研究报道无论Er:YAG激光在基础实验研究、临床对比试验均能取得比较满意的治疗效果。本文就Er:YAG激光对种植体周围炎治疗的相关研究作一综述。 With the gradual development and maturity of implant technology,dental implants are more and more accepted by many patients with the missing teeth because of the high masticatory efficiency and strong applicability.However,with the extension of time and the impact of various pathogenic factors,there will be some complications,if delayed treatment which would lead to the failure of dental implants.Peri-implantitis is the most serious complication and the most important cause of implant failure.The implant loosening and falling off caused by implant failure can not be accepted by implant patients,and it is also the most difficult problem which clinicians have been trying to overcome.There are many therapeutic methods,and Er:YAG laser has a unique advantage in the application of peri-implantitis.A large number of studies reported that whether Er:YAG laser in the basic experimental research or clinical comparative trials can achieve a more satisfactory therapeutic effect.This article reviews the research on the treatment of peri-implantitis with Er:YAG laser.
