张广才岭东部山地啮齿动物群落多样性调查 被引量:8

Investigation of rodent community diversity in the eastern forest of Zhangguangcai Mountains

摘要 2015年4月-2018年11月,在张广才岭东麓林区横道河子和三道林场的温带森林中,分别利用铗捕法、笼捕法和红外相机技术对主要啮齿动物群落多样性进行调查。结果表明:横道河子和三道林场铗捕方法的捕获率分别为6.54%和11.34%,笼捕方法的捕获率分别为9.88%和9.04%,两种方法无显著差异。红外相机技术可以克服铗捕和笼捕两种调查方法无法直接观测动物的不足。三种方法共记录啮齿动物7种:朝鲜姬鼠Apodemus peninsulae、黑线姬鼠A.agrarius、棕背鼠平Myodes rufocanus、大仓鼠Tscherskia triton、东方田鼠Microtus fortis、花鼠Tamias sibiricus和松鼠Sciurus vulgaris。横道河子林区优势种是朝鲜姬鼠,三道林场林区优势种是黑线姬鼠和朝鲜姬鼠,三道林场的啮齿动物群落多样性和均匀性指数均高于横道河子林场,不同植被类型的啮齿动物多样性存在显著差异。 From April 2015 to November 2018,Hengdaohezi and Sandao forest were selected as the study sites.The diversity of rodent community of the forest of Hengdaohezi and Sandao in the eastern forest of Zhangguangcai Mountains was investigated by ways of rat clip,cage and infrared triggered camera.The results showed that the capture rates by rat clip in Hengdaohezi and Sandao forest were 6.54% and 11.34% respectively,the capture rates by cage were 9.88% and 9.04% respectively.There was no signifcantly difference between the two methods.Infrared triggered camera technology could overcome the shortage of rat clip and cage.Seven species of rodents were recorded: Apodemus peninsulae,A.agrarius, Myodes rufocanus,Tscherskia triton,Microtus fortis,Tamias sibiricus and Sciurus vulgaris.The dominant species in Hengdaohezi forest was A.peninsulae,the dominant species in Sandao forest were A.peninsulae and A.agrarius.The diversity index and evenness index of rodent community in Sandao forest were higher than those in Hengdaohezi.There were signifcantly differences in rodent diversity among different vegetation types.
