Correction of the Thought of Ecological Rule of Law in the New Era to the Anti-ecological Development

生态文明建设是新时代经济社会发展的必然要求。期间,除了要提升社会公众的环保意识与自身素质、全社会共同践行新发展理念外,还要强化法治在环境保护与经济发展中平衡利益的关键作用,借此推进中国特色社会主义进程和全面小康社会的实现,对建设富强民主文明和谐美丽的社会主义现代化强国做出积极回应。鉴于此,对新时代生态法治思想的核心要件与实践价值进行阐述,对当前的逆生态发展现象及其成因进行分析,最后从多个层面给出可以借鉴的信息。

The construction of ecological civilization is the inevitable requirement of economic and social development in the new era. During this period, besides raising the public's awareness of environmental protection and their own quality, and practicing the new development concept jointly by the whole society, we should also strengthen the key role of the rule of law in balancing the interests of environmental protection and economic development, in order to promote the process of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the realization of a well-off society in an all-round way, to build a strong, rich, democratic, civilized, harmonious and beautiful socialist modernized power. In view of this, the article elaborates the core elements and practical value of the ecological rule of law in the new era, analyses the anti-ecological development phenomenon and its causes, and finally gives the information that can be used for reference from various levels.
