依据《危险化学品目录》(2015版)规定,危险化学品多达三千余种,多具有易燃、易爆、有毒有害、腐蚀等危险特性。一旦在生产过程中发生事故,将造成严重的人员伤亡、财产损失和环境破坏。由此可见,为减少化工事故带来的危害,安全设计显得尤为重要。

According to the"Catalogue of Dangerous Chemicals"(2015 Edition),there are more than 3,000 kinds of dangerous chemicals,most of which are inflammable,explosive,toxic,harmful and corrosive.Once an accident occurs in the production process,it will cause serious casualties,property losses and environmental damage.Therefore,in order to reduce the harm caused by chemical accidents,safety design is particularly important.
