摘要
4-甲基苯胺-2-磺酸是合成有机颜料和染料的重要中间体。以4-甲基苯胺和浓硫酸为原料,以无毒环保的惰性介质代替有机溶剂作为分散介质,在190~220℃、6~12h、真空条件和特定结构的反应器中,进行烘焙磺化反应,合成直接得到工业级4-甲基苯胺-2-磺酸,按4-甲基苯胺计算的转化率达到96%以上,氨基化合物含量大于98%,游离4-甲基苯胺小于0.30%,不溶物小于0.10%。制备过程无工艺废水、废渣产生,简化了以往磺化产品必须碱熔水解、脱色过滤、酸化结晶、脱水干燥等工艺过程和环节,产品无多氯苯类等任何有机溶剂,可直接应用于极大部分有机颜料PR57的制备。
4-Methylaniline-2-sulfonic acid is an important intermediate in the synthesis of organic pigments and dyes.The industrial grade 4-methylaniline-2-sulfonic acid was synthesized directly from 4-methylaniline and concentrated sulfuric acid by baking sulfonation,in 190~220℃,6~12 hours,vacuum condition,in a reactor special structure,using non-toxic and environmentally friendly inert medium instead of organic solvent as dispersing medium.The yield was over 96%,the content of amino compounds was more than 98%,free 4-methylaniline was less than 0.30%,insoluble matter was less than 0.10%.There is no process wastewater and waste residue in the preparation process,which simplifies the process and links of alkali melt hydrolysis,decolorization and filtration,acidification and crystallization,dehydration and drying of sulfonated products in the past.The product has no any organic solvents such as polychlorinated benzene,and can be directly applied to the preparation of most organic pigments PR57.
